As a commitment to provide the highest standards in monitoring services, the Alarm Receiving Centre is accredited to British Standard 5979 Category II and ISO 9000 and further complies with existing British and European standards e.g. BS EN 50131, PD6662.        The Alarm Receiving Centre provides services via the following methods:        TCP/IP - Secure dual-path signalling using ADSL & either GPRS, GSM, ISDN or PSTN provides continual monitoring of a protected premises. The ADSL connection is constantly monitored and in the event of a communications failure, the ARC will be notified. With the addition of dual path signalling, monitoring will continue even though the line has been cut.        BT RedCare -The RedCare service provides continual monitoring of a protected premises by the use of an existing BT line. This line is continually monitored and in the event of a line cut the ARC will be notified. With the addition of RedCare GSM dual path signalling, monitoring will continue even though the line has been cut.        CSL DualCom-DualCom monitoring provides continual monitoring of a protected premises on any standard telephone line. Alarm signals are transmitted via Radio, GSM or GPRS and will provide notification to the ARC in the event of a line cut.        Digital Communicator-Digital Communicator monitoring provides monitoring of a protected premises via a standard telephone line. Alarm signals are transmitted to the ARC in the event of a situation arising.        Enhanced signaling systems provide a secure link between the protected premises and the Central Station. Naturally all equipment complies with British Standard 4737, EN50131 and DD243. The National Approval Council for Security Systems (N.A.C.O.S.S) and local police force policies. To facilitate an immediate response to your system 24 hours a day we can connect your alarm system to our 24hr monitoring station.
